Hi, I purchased a pair of led h11 very happy with the product so far. But today I realized on of them is not working. When I bought the product it came with a 3 year warranty I was wondering how I could claim that warranty for it ?

Have bought night eye h4 led on Amazon India. Comes with the 3 years warranty, within a year low beam was not working, need replacement.
I have a invoice copy & the tag on light was not removed.

Hi
I bought two sets of LED Lights (A315-S2-H11) less then 2 years ago and one of the lights is not bright anymove. I removed it and connected it to a 12V battery and its the same thing. Is it possible to exchange the LED?
